Dave Hargraves is responsible for all finance, accounting, planning, legal and human resources functions at DDI, and brings to the Company over 40 years of financial, sales, marketing, operations and general management experience in the technology field.

Tom DeSot – EVP, Chief Information Officer

As the Chief Information Officer of Digital Defense, Tom DeSot is charged with developing and maintaining relationships with key industry and market regulators; functioning as the “face of DDI” through public speaking initiatives, identifying key integration and service partnerships, and serving as the prime regulatory compliance resource for external and internal contacts. Tom also serves as the company’s internal auditor on security-related matters.

Gordon MacKay, CISSP – EVP, Chief Technology Officer

Gordon MacKay, CISSP, serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Digital Defense, Inc. (DDI). He leads the technology roadmap, as well as the Cloud Platform Development and Vulnerability Research teams.

Mark Bell, PMP, CISSP, CISA, CHSS – EVP, Operations

Mark Bell is responsible for the management of the Company’s information security and client advocacy operations. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to: delivery of vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) services, social engineering and risk assessments as well as providing world-class client support to Digital Defense’s client base.

Mike Cotton, CISSP – Vice President, Research and Development

Michael Cotton is a Software Architect and Security Researcher for Digital Defense Inc.  He has 10 years of computer security experience helping to lock down networks for companies in numerous industries and of all sizes from small businesses to global enterprises.  He has written security software which audits over 3 million systems a month for security flaws on their primary operating systems and network side-channels.

Meg Grant – Senior Vice President, Marketing

Meg Grant oversees the company’s marketing initiatives including market analysis, brand development, and community relations. Meg has more than 25 years of experience in consumer and business-to-business marketing.

Neil Butchart – Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Don joined Digital Defense in April 2007, and he brings over 25 years of Corporate IT and IT consulting experience to Digital Defense.
